Refund and Returns Policy

We work tirelessly towards making our customers happy with what they buy. But if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase for some reason, let us help you with the replacement, return or repair.

Our return policy is designed to be as straightforward and customer-friendly as possible. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days for a full refund.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Some items may be subject to a restocking fee if returned opened or used.
  • If the item is defective or damaged, we will provide a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
  • For returns that are not due to our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

RESOLUTION OPTIONS

We kindly ask for your patience to rectify any issues. Depending on the situation, our store will:

  • Offer a replacement of the same or comparable value.
  • Repair the product promptly.
  • Issue a refund.

The same rights that apply to the original product will also apply to any replacement.

Please inform us of any concerns within 2 days after receiving your item at support@minaar.com.au. Our dedicated team will address your concerns within 7-10 working days.

Should you require a different size, we are happy to exchange the item, provided the preferred size is available.

Items eligible for return or exchange must be in their original state: not worn, not washed, and with all tags intact.

RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS

Please note that there are certain conditions where a product is ineligible for return or exchange:

  • Items must be in their original condition for a return or exchange. Products that have been customized, altered, or show signs of wear such as stains, perfumes, or body odors cannot be returned.
  • To minimize shipping costs, we suggest not using the original packaging for returns. Opt for lighter packaging instead.
  • Misplaced your receipt? No problem. Simply use your order number to verify your purchase.

Return Policy Exclusions

Please note that Minaar reserves the right to decline return requests under the following circumstances:

  • If the customer has had a change of heart regarding the purchase.
  • If the product is found at a lower price from another retailer.
  • If an alternative product is deemed preferable.
  • If the customer was informed of any product defects prior to the purchase.
  • If the product has been damaged due to improper use by the customer.

We appreciate your understanding in these matters.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will be made to original method of payment and will be processed within 10 to 40 days depends on your payment method

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank, since there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

Minaar provides replacements solely for products that are found to be defective or have been damaged. Should you require an exchange for an identical item, please initiate the process by emailing us at support@minaar.com.au.

Please be aware that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning your item. These costs are not refundable, and should you be entitled to a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

The delivery time for your exchanged product can vary depending on your location.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot assure the receipt of your returned item.
